I understand, that this title sounds very stange. Well. I am experienced hitchhiker, so, I often travel with various people. I have been asking them this question and this the result: you know, about 70% if my respondents said “yes”. Why?
Actually, it is not difficult to explain. Man be people are very tied of living without any purpose? without perspectives, without rules and laws. The middle-aged men and women I asked said “yes” because they used to live in the Empire (Soviet Union). Most experienced buisnessmen are also tied of fight bureaucracy. Government public servants dissatisfied by total desorganisation in the state machine.
“We need an Iron hand like Stalin” is the most common answer. And who he is personally is not important. ” What is the key factor here?”, I asked them. “Well, the key factor is significant power and might would be given to one person”. “We need someone who can make descitions!!!”
The one really wise man, I have talked, said: we probably need a constitutional monarchy like the English one. Democratic institutions and freedom must be preserved. The freedom of individuals must be preserved. Honestly, I didnt really understand him. The social system desribed above is like an absolute monarchy. How can combine democracy and a powerful personal might? That is a good question.
BTW : All have been noticing, that the democracy level has decreased. What we should to wait?

Indeed, they cant be combined. Democracy can grow inside people. Only people can establish democracy. The most important thing is that people, a single human must wants and must supports right and democracy personally. I want democracy. You want democracy. I protect justice and right and you too. I have my gun and im going to protect Right. That is the only condition when Democracy win.
Unlike that, Russians WAIT that somebody(The God may be) bringht them democracy. They want a good democratic king. This is the main problem.
